Conor came to Oxford for university, and now lives and works locally.
He understands the diverse nature of Central Oxford and its unique identity, especially in relation to its mix of residents and students.
In his work life, Conor works with local volunteers across Oxfordshire to understand a wide range of people's concerns and help to find solutions.
He has a strong record of listening to local residents in Central Oxford and will continue to keep in touch all year round.
Conor's main motivation for running is because he cares about making a difference to people's lives and creating positive change.
When growing up he spent a great deal of time volunteering for a local homeless group - helping him to understand the issues and motivating him to do more.
Homelessness and affordable housing are the number one issues that he will work every day to help solve as a councillor.
