Eleanor is a General Practitioner and has been living in Cowley for almost 15 years. She is currently pursuing a Master's in Health Policy, Planning and Financing and is very passionate about improving health care for Oxford's citizens, whether this is mental health, children's health, chronic diseases or the services our local hospitals deliver.
Eleanor is a keen cyclists and gardener and feels strongly about making Oxford a greener city that caters for the needs of all citizens, now and in the future.
She has initiated a charitable project to improve health care in Myanmar (Burma) and is a strong advocate for maintaining Oxford's outstanding international status in the world. Eleanor has spent most of her life in the UK but has a German passport.
She is aware how much the NHS and Oxford University relies on European workers and has joined the Liberal Democrats with the aim to keep Oxford the outward looking, thriving city it is despite the threat from Brexit.
