We hold many events across Oxfordshire each month. These range from local party and branch meetings, talks by informative speakers and numerous social events, such as #LibDemPint evenings and political dinners. Many of our events are just for members and are not be shown here (a good reason to join - please click here to find out more!).
The following events are generally open to all, unless otherwise indicated.
Come and get the facts and express your views on this controversial proposal from the unacccountable Growth Commission, which many think is unnecessary and damaging.
We invite all members, supporters and the merely curious to gather on Thursday November 22 from 8.00 pm at the King's Arms in Wheatley for a #LibDemPint or a #LibDemSoftBeverage with our sister party in the Henley constituency.
This is your opportunity to come up with creative solutions to solving the world's problems (or maybe just Oxfordshire's), to keep up to date on politics, and to meet and converse with interesting people. We'll be doing some campaigning for the County Council by-election beforehand. If you can lend a hand, pop by our Facebook page, where details will be posted once available.
We hope to see you there!

CHRISTMAS DINNER 2018
with special guest speaker LAYLA MORAN, MP for Oxford West and Abingdon.
Layla Moran was elected MP for Oxford West and Abingdon in June 2017. A physics teacher by profession, Layla is the party's spokesperson on Education in the House of Commons.
The dinner will be a great opportunity to hear from Layla about her first eighteen months in Parliament, the issues she's been championing and the challenges that she think's the country will be facing in the coming months and years as the UK prepares to leave the European Union.
It will also be a chance to look forward to the District Council Elections in May 2019, what we need to be doing to take control of the Vale of the White Horse Council and how we can increase the Lib Dem presence in South Oxfordshire.
We invite all members, supporters and the merely curious to gather on Thursday January 24 from 8.00 pm at the Prince of Wales in Iffley for a #LibDemPint or a #LibDemSoftBeverage with a liberal crowd.
This is your opportunity to come up with creative solutions to solving the world's problems (or maybe just Oxford's), to keep up to date on politics, and to meet and converse with interesting people. We should be doing some campaigning in Iffley village beforehand. If you can lend a hand, pop by our Facebook page, where details will be posted once available.
We hope to see you there!
