Oxfordshire Liberal Democrats

Join the OxWAb Lib Dem team - 3 new jobs

Following Layla Moran's sensational result in the General Election, Oxford West & Abingdon Lib Dems are recruiting a new team of staff to deliver even more success at every level.

This is a great opportunity to work with Layla Moran MP and our strong team of local party officers, councillors and activists to further develop one of the Liberal Democrats' strongest and most active Local Parties.

The roles will also involve working with and supporting campaigning across Oxfordshire. We work as a team across the County and saw fantastic results in neighbouring constituencies in last year's elections.

Three posts are being recruited:

Campaign Director - full-time - leading the team and taking overall responsibility for developing the Local Party's capacity building and campaigning. Experience of leading campaigns, managing a team and strong organisational skills are essential to this role.

Volunteer & Engagement Coordinator - part-time - supporting the recruitment and training of members and activists, events coordination and fund-raising.

Campaign Organiser - part-time - supporting campaign activity and capacity building.

All three posts will be based at our Oxfordshire HQ in Abingdon and will require some evening and weekend working.

There is a lot of flexibility around working arrangements and we are keen to recruit a diverse team.

Full details below.
