Science in South Oxfordshire: The Impact of Brexit and Government Policy

Join us for a lively debate about the impact of Brexit and government policy on our local science sector.

Confirmed speakers include:

  • Layla Moran - MP for Oxford West and Abingdon, and Liberal Democrat Shadow Secretary of State for Education & Science
  • Alexandrine Kantor - The '3million' group for EU citizens living in the UK (and works at Culham)
  • Sarah Medley - Culham Centre for Fusion Energy
  • Mark Thornton - freelance science blogger and Abingdon’s ATOM Science Festival Committee member
