More about our speaker, Christine Jardine MP:
Before entering politics, Christine was an Edinburgh-based journalist and broadcaster who had written for the Scotsman and worked for the BBC. Elected as MP in 2017, she is Shadow Secretary of State for Scotland and speaks on Digital, Culture, Media and Sport in the House of Commons.
Dress code: Smart-casual evening wear ie. NOT black tie!

From 6pm - Drinks reception - a glass of sparkling wine or soft drink on arrival
From 7pm - Three course meal, with a glass of wine, followed by a talk from our guest speaker and the prize draws
There will be the opportunity to pre-order and pay for additional wine during the drinks reception
Now FREE Car Parking: The Spires Hotel has now informed us they are waiving all car parking charges for our guests on the night - however to avoid a parking ticket, they request that you book your car in, via the main Reception, on the night.
Public Transport: The Oxford Bus Company buses X3 and X13 serve the Abingdon Road (Lake Street bus stop), southbound from Oxford Railway Station and St Aldates, Oxford, and from Abingdon northbound.
Park and Ride options: The 300 bus shuttles between two of Oxford's Park and Ride sites, via the Abingdon Road. Park at Redbridge, if you are arriving from Abingdon; or Peartree, if you're arriving from Kidlington.
