Graham has lived and worked in Oxford since 2003. Graham and his wife live in the heart of St. Clements Ward at the Cowley Road so he knows St Clements ward like the back of his hand.
For the past seven years he has been a Governor of East Oxford Primary School and Chair since 2017, the most rewarding unpaid job he's ever done. Graham is incensed that we have rocket scientists and poets laureate among our children who will never achieve those goals because of disadvantaged backgrounds and a refusal of successive governments to recognise that early-years spending delivers savings ten-times-over in later life.
Graham is a research associate in Oxford University's School of Geography and spare-time work also includes chairing Oxford Region Branch of the European Movement, and serving on Oxford United Nations Association committee as well as the Trustee body of the City of Oxford Charity with its Stones Court almhouses in St Clements.
