Kathy has lived, studied, and worked in Oxford for 20 years and loves its energy and diversity. Kathy holds a post-graduate degree in Natural Resource Management and wants to help lead the changes needed to create a more sustainable city, which has a vibrant city centre and is welcoming to everyone.
Kathy is deeply concerned about the inadequate levels of secure, affordable housing in Oxford and will make tackling this issue a high priority. She is also the owner and manager of a small publishing company and understands the challenges facing independent businesses. Kathy intends to advocate for Oxford’s businesses and help secure a vibrant city centre, which works well for residents, students and visitors. Kathy is committed to giving back to the community through volunteering, and is a Street Champion, and has been part of the team at the Oxfam Bookshop on St Giles for more than a decade.
