Dr Lidia Arciszewska is your West Oxfordshire District Council candidate for Freeland & Hanborough. She is also the County Council candidate for Hanborough and Minster Lovell, including Crawley, Freeland, Hailey, Leafield, North Leigh and Ramsden.
Lidia Arciszewska is a biochemist at the University of Oxford who has lived in Church Hanborough with her family for over 27 years. Lidia is an experienced ex-parish councillor with a record of campaigning on the local issues that matter. She has particularly been concerned with the rapid growth of large housing developments along the A4095, with a lack of vital infrastructure and efficient public transport.
She supports the campaign to reconsider the North Witney development. "I am passionate about improving both the life of our residents and the environment," she says. "If elected I will work tirelessly both for our communities and at tackling the climate emergency."
Here's a short Q&A with Lidia about what to do about traffic problems in Hanborough, one of the key issues she is eager to find a solution for.
