Constituency AGM 2019 - Oxford West & Abingdon

All Oxford West and Abingdon Local Party members are invited to our constituency Annual General Meeting, with Dinner

hosted this year by the Kidlington Branch.


When: Friday 18th October 2018, 7.00pm for 7.30pm start

Where: Yarnton Village Hall, The Paddocks, Yarnton, OX5 1TE

What:  The AGM will review the past year and include reports from current Executive Officers, council groups and a financial report. 

It will be followed by an informal dinner (£8 - book in  advance but paid on the door) with the opportunity to socialise with other local Lib Dems.


Nominations from the local party membership are sought for the executive officer positions of:

  • Chair
  • Vice-Chair
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Membership Development Officer
  • Data Officer
  • Ordinary executive committee members


Please consider standing in one of these roles and help play a key role in the running of the local party - simply fill out this nomination form and bring it with you.  

You will be able to obtain nomination signatures on the night, prior to the AGM, if needed.  

If more than one person puts themselves forward for a role, an election will be held on the night using a Single Transferable Vote system.
