Oxfordshire Liberal Democrats

Wantage Constituency Party AGM

The Annual General Meeting of the Wantage Constituency Liberal Democrats will be held at 7:30pm on Friday 30th November at the Civic Hall in Didcot.

All Liberal Democrat members are invited to attend, as are supporters interested in joining who would like to find out more.

If you have ever thought about getting more involved with the local party please note that the election of local party officers for the Wantage Constituency Executive Committee will take place and we encourage anybody interested to get in touch.  Please see below for more details.

There is even more reason to attend this year as Lord Bradshaw has kindly agreed to give a talk to the group entitled Brexit - The View From Parliament.

Lord Bradshaw has sat in the House of Lords since 1999 and is the Liberal Democrat spokesman for transport.  Previously the General Manager of British Rail, Western Region, he is an honorary fellow of Wolfson College, Oxford and was county councillor for Wallingford for 15 years until 2008.

Drinks and nibbles will be provided.
